This product incorporates boron (in the form of Borax) in special food bait which is highly attractive to ants. Ants pick up the bait and take it to their nests to feed the colony. The boron works slowly and sufficient bait should be made available for continuous feeding. The ants will return to their nests after consuming the bait and will feed their young and the queen, destroying the colony. Repeat placement of the bait until satisfactory control has been achieved.

Do not use sprays, foggers or any chemicals or cleaners near the bait containers or placements. This may contaminate the bait and cause the insects to cease feeding. For control of ants, use indoors or outdoors near homes, apartments and condominiums.

This product is applied with the syringe. Remove a syringe from the package and inject gel into cracks and crevices around windows and doors, inside and out. Use along baseboards and void areas in walls, where the bait is protected from exposure and inaccessible to children and pets. Make small pea-sized placements into cracks and crevices where ants are present, up to 5 pea-sized placements per metre. Each syringe will cover about 8 metres.

The syringe may also be used to inject the gel into devices that provide entry to ants, but protect the bait from exposure to humans, domestic animals and the elements. The bait can be used to refill ant bait stations sold with the bait.

INDOORS: Place bait stations 1.5-3.0 metres apart where ants are numerous. Replace bait stations as needed. Place stations under food cabinets, sinks, stoves, refrigerators, food storage areas, attics, garages, basements, storage areas and closets. Place on exterior windowsills and in doorways to help prevent entry of ants. Some bait stations may be designed to be affixed to a wall or placed on a flat surface. When using bait stations, wash hands thoroughly before handling to remove any odors that may be repellent to ants, i.e. tobacco, garlic, chemicals/cleaners.

OUTDOORS: Place bait stations 1.5-3.0 metres apart near where ants enter dwellings. For best results place stations in shaded areas or create shade for the bait station.
